The EcoWater HydroLink Plus®  system gives you the power to monitor your water usage remotely, letting you know when to add salt, and giving you peace of mind while traveling. You can access your system from virtually anywhere and continue to receive on-demand alerts via email, text, through the app, or by connecting to our secure website.

Alerts and Features

You will be alerted with an email or a text if any of these conditions exist. You can choose combinations of alerts or all of these alerts to send active notifications.

  • Water-to-Drain Sensor** – Notifies you when too much water is going to the drain.
  • Low Salt Warning – An alert will be displayed when salt needs to be added to the conditioner/refiner.
  • Flow Monitor – Sends an alert if softened/ conditioned water has been flowing for an extended period of time. Both the duration and flow rate can be altered.
  • Water Meter – Allows for chemical feed dosing, flow switch operation, and water usage info.
  • Excessive Water Use – Sends an alert if significantly more refined/ conditioned water has been used than what is normal for your home.
  • System Error – An alert will be displayed to let you know that an error code exists on the unit.
  • Service Reminder – An alert displays to let you know the unit is in need of service.
  • System Connection Status – Sends an alert to let you know that the wireless connection has been lost.
  • Regeneration/ Backwash Start – A regeneration cycle can be started on your conditioner/ refiner remotely from your remote, app, or web dashboard. The Backwash cycle can also be started on your filter remotely.
