Kaleb was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my questions with great details, and offered helpful options for several of the issues that came up. He was transparent in that he would tell me options that were add ons, and options that were DIY, with pros and cons for each, with recommendations based specific to my DIY skillset so I could make informed choices on how to proceed. I will be trusting this company with my future needs :).

Danny came to our house as part of the demo. He did thoroughly explain various tests and how current water has hardness, chlorine etc. presented various options to address. He wasn’t pushy but very informative.
